The Baltimore Washington airport has a great choice of hotels and other accommodation, ranging from the campsite to the luxury hotels in downtown Baltimore. One can opt to stay in the most scenic, the least expensive part or the most convenient part. If one wants to be in the thick of the action and among all the attractions, then the Inner Harbour area is where you can book one of the fine hotels in this neighbourhood. This area is just a few blocks away from the business district. You can book some great hotels in this area, which will have some great views of the water. In North Baltimore, things are a lot quieter and the area is far removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, even-though it is not too far from all of Baltimore's attractions. A free shuttle will take visitors to and from the Inner Harbour. Cross Keys Shopping centre is located here and will have everything you need to buy during your stay here. The Mt. Vernon area is also a very nice place to rest your head. The area is just north of the downtown business district and is very close to the Peabody Institute, as well as the Walters Art Gallery. Its not far from the Inner Harbour or the Johns Hopkins University. Lots of shops, hotels and restaurants make this area an ideal location to stay in during your stay. There is some fine elegant buildings and accommodation is less expensive in this part of town. |
