The Horse You Came In On is a real old fashioned bar in Fells Point that is very popular. Also around here is the Full Moon Saloon that has live blues music at the weekends. The Cats Eye Pub will usually have Irish music 4 nights of the week. At the northeast direction from Fells Point, one can find Canton, which is a new refurbished area. What once was an industrial part of town, is now home to the Atlantic Restaurant, which is a really popular restaurant in this part of town. Other eateries around here would be the Nacho Mamas, as well as the Cosmopolitan Bar and Grill. The bars around here would include a few upmarket cocktail bars like the Gin Mill. Classic rock-n roll can be heard blaring out of Bohagers Club in the waterfront neighbourhood of Fells Point. Many of the college students and young professionals flock to Fells Point at the weekends and hang out near the nightclub strip. Bohagers Nighclub has an outdoor dance floor to keep the young ones dancing into the early hours of the morning. There are lots of bars around Fells Point to suit all tastes and age groups. Bertha's is a good place to hear some live jazz music. Fells Point was once the main Colonial Shipping centre, and the frigates that were called Baltimore Clippers were launched here. Nowadays the area is full of bars, restaurants, craft and antique shops. |
